30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order was delivered. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within that time to request a return or refund.
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to first-time purchases of a product bought directly from LivHerbals.com. Refunds are limited to one refund per product, per household, unless explicitly approved by LivHerbals.
To qualify, the product must be returned in its original packaging. Empty, partially used, or unopened products, packages, bottles, jars, pouches, powders, chews, or liquid drops are all eligible for return. We understand that sometimes you have to try a product before knowing if it is the right fit.
To begin a return, email us at packsupport@livherbals.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Products Purchased Elsewhere

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless LivHerbals approves a return because of damage, defect, or a fulfillment error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at packsupport@livherbals.com.

Natural Product Differences
LivHerbals products use plant-powered ingredients. Natural differences in color, aroma, texture, settling, or appearance might occur from batch to batch. These natural differences are a normal part of working with nature and do not always mean a product is defective.
Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same refund policy as one-time purchases.

If a subscription order has already processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that specific shipment.

You must cancel or update your subscription before your next order processes.
Refund Abuse
LivHerbals reserves the right to deny refund requests that show misuse, repeat claims, suspected fraud, or abuse of our satisfaction guarantee.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend requesting a return for your original item within the 30-day window and placing a new order for the replacement product.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of your approval status. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be issued from our system. Afterward, please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
