Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to destinations within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Please note that shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories depends on available carrier service options at checkout.

Order Processing Times

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update once the carrier has picked up your package.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Most standard deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days, but delays may occur during high-volume seasons, weather events, or carrier disruptions.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders over $100 shipped within the contiguous United States, unless a different promotion is explicitly shown at checkout.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and certain remote locations do not qualify for free shipping promotions; applicable rates and available shipping options for these regions will be displayed during checkout.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and other major carriers based on what provides the best delivery option for your location and package size. The shipping method is selected automatically unless expedited options are offered at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also access your tracking number by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Tracking updates come directly from the shipping carrier. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your package status after shipment. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours before contacting us, as packages can occasionally be marked as delivered before they physically arrive.

Address Accuracy

Please carefully review and double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. LivHerbals is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at packsupport@livherbals.com. We work quickly to fulfill orders and cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship it to the corrected address; however, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for its safe delivery. If your package is delayed, please first check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly for the latest delivery status.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your delivery area, or verify with household members, neighbors, building offices, or mailrooms. While we are not liable for carrier errors, we are happy to help you navigate delivery issues. If you have completed these steps and still need assistance, please contact us at packsupport@livherbals.com so we can help resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at packsupport@livherbals.com.

To help us make it right as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product
  • A photo of the packing slip (if available)
  • A photo of the shipping box or mailer

Warm Weather and Natural Product Shipping

Some LivHerbals products feature plant-powered ingredients. Because of their natural composition, minor differences in color, aroma, texture, or settling may normally occur.

  • Soft Chews: Soft chews might soften during warm-weather shipping. If this happens, simply place the package in a cool, dry area to firm up before use.
  • Liquid Products: Liquids should arrive sealed and intact. If a bottle leaks or arrives broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
  • Powder Products: Powders should arrive sealed and protected. If the seal is broken or the package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us before using the product.

Shipping Delays

We work hard to process and ship your orders within the timeframes listed above. In the rare event that we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe or within 30 days, we will contact you directly with an updated shipping estimate. At that time, you will have the option to approve the extended delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Because our team works quickly to get your items to you, orders begin processing almost immediately after they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at packsupport@livherbals.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
